Services - Reputation Management

Is an audit of one, or several, or all of your organisation’s stakeholders to determine status or measure of reputation. It can be a series of qualitative research exercises around general reputation or targeting a specific issue. Gap or risk analysis is provided in a full report.

Where appropriate Souters then brings together a group of senior managers to address gaps and manage overall response. Souters chairs this group - The Reputation Management Taskforce (RMT) - steering thinking and developing activity. Either using individuals within or drawing on specialist expertise from outside, always reporting into the CEO. 

The aim is to raise the level of awareness among senior managers of impact of reputation and how best to measure & manage it ongoing. Souters offers short or longer-term support but aims to equip internal managers with skills so that they can ‘sail solus’ as soon as possible. Good RM is best managed from the inside out.
